Undergraduate students are not eligible for applying Enrollment Fee Exemption, except disaster victims in Korea. However, it is possible to apply Postponement for Enrollment Fee Payment. If you plan to enroll as an undergraduate student Payment, please contact Student Support Division of the Academic Affairs Department (086-251-7211) as soon as possible before the enrollment procedures.

아래의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우, 본인의 신청에 근거해 전형 후, 예산의 범위내에서 슬롯 머신 원리료의 전액 또는 반액을 면제하는 제도입니다.※슬롯 머신 원리료 면제를 신청한 분으로, 결과가 반액 면제 또는 불허가인 경우의 징수 유예는 병원이 됩니다.※「와와 6년 노토반도 지진」, 「2017년 7월 호우」, 「2018년 7월 호우」등의 격진 재해에 의해 피해를 입은 분은 이쪽을 확인하세요.

아래의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우, 각 학기마다 본인의 신청에 근거해 전형 후, 예산의 범위내에서 슬롯 머신 원리의 전액 또는 반액을 면제하는 제도입니다.
If any of the following conditions below apply, the full or half amount of the Tuition Fee will be exempted every semester within the budget after selection based on the student's application every semester.
Students eligible for a tuition fee exemption are those:·who have difficulty in paying the tuition fee due to financial reasons and whose academic achievement is recognized as excellent. Except for the undergraduate students.·who have considerable difficulty in paying the tuition fee because the applicant’s primary bearer of school-expenses has died within one year before the due date of tuition fee payment, or because the applicant or suffered damage from wind, flood, or other natural disaster within one year before. - 신청 접수는 각 연구과(학부)에서의 슬롯 머신 원리 수속 기한까지입니다. 기간 이외는 실시하지 않으므로, 「학생 모집 요항」, 합격자에게 배부하는 「슬롯 머신 원리 안내」를 잘 확인해 주세요.
- 신청 전에 슬롯 머신 원리료를 납부한 경우에는 면제 또는 징수 유예 신청을 할 수 없습니다.
- Applications will be accepted until each graduate school's enrollment procedure deadline. Applications will not be accepted outside of the specified period, so please check the "Application Guidebook" and the "Admission Guide" carefully.
- If applicants have already paid Enrollment Fee before application, they can not apply Enrollment Fee Exemption and Postponement of Enrollment Fee Payment.

슬롯 머신 원리 면제 신청은 반기(전반기·후반기)마다 신청이 필요합니다만, 전반기, 후반기 모두 신청 내용(가계 상황·가족 상황·취학 상황 등)에 변경(예정)이 없는 경우 등, 일정 조건을 만족하는 신청자에 대해서는, 전후반기 일괄 신청을 인정합니다.또한 게시 및 홈페이지를 놓치지 않도록 주의하세요. 신청 접수는 지정한 기간 이외는 실시하지 않습니다.단, 접수 기간 후에 가계 지지자의 사망, 풍수해 등의 재해에 의해 슬롯 머신 원리의 납입이 곤란해진 경우는 슬롯 머신 원리 납입 기한까지 상담해 주세요.
과거에 면제를 받은 적이 있더라도 면제 예산액(재학생 수 등에 따라 매년 변동), 신청자 수 등에 따라 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다.
면제 결정 후에도 신청 내용이 사실과 다르다는 것을 알거나 징계 처분을 받은 경우 면제 허가를 취소합니다.
면제 신청에서는, 경제적 사정등을 파악해, 판정의 근거로서 소득·과세 증명서나 세대 전원의 주민표등의 서류의 제출도 부탁하고 있습니다.제출된 서류 등은 면제 판정 이외에 이용할 수 없습니다.

Even if you have received exemption in the past, the result may change depending on the budgeted amount of the exemption (which varies each year depending on the number of enrolled students, etc.) and the number of applicants.
The university will revoke the decision of tuition fee exemption retrospectively, if your report in application is found to have been omitted or false, get disciplinary action even after notification of the results.
In the application for exemption, the applicant is asked to submit documents such as Income and Taxation, resident certificates of all household members as a basis for the determination of the applicant's financial situation.The personal information you submit at the empty not be used for any other purposes than selection for such an exemption.
반액 면제를 우선적으로 실시하고 있습니다. 면제기준의 적격자에게는 예산의 범위내에서 반액면제가 허가되고, 예산에 여유가 있으면 전액면제도 허가됩니다. 적격자 다수에 의해 예산을 초과한 경우는 기준에 적합해도 면제되지 않는 경우가 있습니다.Priority is given to half exemptions.For those who qualify for the exemption criteria, a half exemption will be granted within the budget, and if the budget allows, full exemption will be granted.If the budget is exceed exemptions may not be granted even if they meet the conditions.
